Move-out Junk removal for a 55+ Community— Puyallup, WA
This move-out clean-out in Puyallup, WA took place in a 55+ community where the homeowner was transitioning into assisted living. Her home had already sold and she needed to be fully moved out by the end of the month. While her family packed and removed the larger belongings, the leftover items — the small things in closets, patios, garages, and hallways — still needed to be cleared quickly. As this project shows, the little stuff adds up fast. What started as “just a few items left behind” turned into a full trailer load in no time. We stepped in to make the move-out stress-free, on schedule, and completely handled from start to finish.

Even when most items have already been moved out, the leftover “little stuff” in garages, patios, and closets can fill a trailer fast. For this homeowner in Puyallup, we handled the last of the cleanup so she could transition smoothly into assisted living and meet her deadline without stress. If you need dependable, deadline-ready move-out junk removal, we’re here to help.
Lot Clearing & Junk Removal — Crystal Springs Mobile Home Park, Sumner, WA
Day 1 — Before Cleanup
This is one of our bigger projects, to show the scale at which we can work with. The property management company for Crystal Springs Mobile Home Park hired us to clear the junk that was illegally dumped at the front entrance of the park and inside one of their empty lots. The lot was heavily overgrown and filled with years of abandoned items, trash piles, and debris scattered along the fence line and behind the shed. Since the management team planned to convert the area into additional parking for residents, they needed a full clean-out completed quickly. These Day 1 photos document the entire area before we began this multi-day cleanup project.

After loading the first full trailer of mixed debris, we returned for a second run dedicated exclusively to scrap metal, which we delivered to the recycling center.
